Call us to schedule a pick-up time. We’ll ask for your hotel name/address and room number.
2. We Collect
Our staff will meet you or the hotel reception at the agreed time to collect your laundry bag(s).
3. We Clean
We bring your items to our facility for professional Wash & Fold or Dry Cleaning.
4. We Deliver
We deliver your fresh, clean clothes back to your hotel, often the same day or within 24 hours.

How fast is your delivery service?
Very fast. We offer Same-Day Service for most pick-ups. If we collect your items in the morning, we can often deliver them back by the evening.

Do I have to be in my room for pick-up?
Not necessarily. Many travelers find it easiest to leave their clearly labeled laundry bag(s) with the hotel reception or concierge, and we coordinate with them. We can also deliver it back to the reception for you.

Is there a minimum charge for pick-up?
We have a small minimum order amount for our free pick-up service, which most laundry orders easily meet. Please call us for the current details.
